Romane Duquette-Laplante

Université de Sherbrooke

Romane graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2021 and is now a second year PhD student at the Université de Sherbrooke. She is supervised by Dr. Lise Gagnon, an associate professor at the Université de Sherbrooke. Her research interests include normal and pathological aging, psychodynamic therapy, and mood disorders. Her thesis project aims to measure the efficacy of a psychodynamic intervention to alleviate depressive symptoms of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.
